We’re Building Something Beautiful for the Next Generation

At Branches Church in Loveland, Ohio, we believe the local church should be the most life-giving, joy-filled place in town-especially for kids. Our children's ministry, lovingly known as The Climb, is more than a Sunday morning stop. It's a space where laughter echoes, faith begins to take root, and the next generation discovers the love of Jesus through intentional discipleship and unforgettable moments.

Our church is growing quickly, and with that growth comes new opportunities. We’re seeing more families, more children, and more momentum every single week. As we look ahead, we know we need a leader who will champion this ministry, bring energy and presence to the team, and raise up others to join in the mission.

This is a chance to shape a ministry from the inside out-to build teams, disciple children, and create a culture where The Climb becomes one of the best hours of every kid’s week. This is a full-time 40-hour position. We are not looking for someone to just manage a program. We are looking for a pastor, a leader, and a visionary who will become the joyful, faithful, and consistent face of this ministry.

Your Mission as Kids Pastor/Director

Your primary mission is to make The Climb a place where kids can’t wait to be-and where families feel deeply connected and cared for. You will bring life to Sunday mornings, empower volunteers to thrive in their roles, and represent the kids ministry on our church staff team each week. From high-energy worship and hands-on learning to intentional safety and clear communication, you’ll lead with both heart and excellence.

Thank you for prayerfully considering this position.
We look forward to connecting with you.
