David Miller — David is a husband, father, son, friend, and a dearly loved part of Branches. He is fighting for his life with pancreatic cancer and is undergoing a procedure this afternoon to help drain fluid that has built up in his abdomen.

Please pray for:

God’s healing and mercy over David’s body

Wisdom and skill for the medical team

Strength, peace, and hope for David, Bridget and their three children

The presence of Jesus to steady and comfort them

Casey and Toni Kraus — Casey and Toni are in the NICU at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with their newborn baby girl. Because of complications during birth, they are spending sacred, heartbreaking final moments with their daughter before she goes home to heaven.

Please pray for:

God’s nearness to fill the room and carry them

Comfort that only the Holy Spirit can give

Strength for their hearts and bodies as they walk through unimaginable grief

Love, support, and tenderness to surround their whole family

Our pastors visited both families in the ICU this morning and prayed over them. Church, let’s stand together and cover both of these families in prayer today. May Jesus meet them with His peace, His presence, and His love in every moment.
